Xiaomi เปิดตัวมือถือรุ่นกลาง POCO X3 NFC หน้าจอ IPS LCD ขนาด 6.67 นิ้ว ความละเอียด 1080 x 2400 พิกเซล รีเฟรชเรต 120Hz อัตรารีเฟรชเรตการสัมผัส 240Hz ใต้กระจก Gorilla Glass 5

ชิปเซ็ตใช้ Snapdragon 732G แรม 6GB แบต 5,160 mAh รองรับชาร์จเร็ว 33W แสกนลายนิ้วมือข้างตัวเครื่อง มีช่องเสียบหูฟัง รัน Android 10 ครอบด้วย MIUI12 รองรับ Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, และ NFC แต่ไม่รองรับ 5G
