MySpace เตรียมเปิดบริการอีเมล

วงการ social network เริ่มขยับขยายสู่แพลตฟอร์มการสื่อสารแบบครบวงจรมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ เมื่อปีก่อน Facebook ได้เปิดบริการ IM ไปแล้ว ทำไมปีนี้ MySpace จะเปิดบริการอีเมลบ้างไม่ได้

เว็บไซต์ paidContent รายงานว่า MySpace เตรียมแจกอีเมล @myspace.com ให้สมาชิกในเร็วๆ นี้ ตอนนี้มีสมาชิกบางส่วนได้ทดสอบระบบแล้ว และ MySpace จะค่อยๆ เปิดบริการส่วนนี้ให้จนครบทุกคนภายในสิ้นปี ยังไม่แน่ชัดว่าผู้ใช้จะสามารถเลือกชื่ออีเมลได้เองหรือไม่ หรือจะต้องใช้ชื่อเดียวกับชื่อ profile ตัวเองบน MySpace

ปัจจุบัน MySpace มีสมาชิก 130 ล้านคน ถ้าเปิดให้บริการครบทั้งหมดจะกลายเป็นผู้ให้บริการอีเมลรายใหญ่ทันที (อันดับหนึ่งคือ Yahoo! Mail ประมาณ 280 ล้านบัญชี ตามมาด้วย Hotmail 270 ล้านบัญชี)

ไม่เข้าใจน่ะครับ เพราะ MySpace มันเป็นของ Microsoft ไม่ใช่เหรอครับ (เชื่อมกับ hotmail)

ทุกครั้งที่ผม log in เข้า hotmail ก็สามารถเข้า MySpace ได้เลยและทำกิจกรรมทุกอย่างบนนั้นได้

ผมยังไม่เข้าใจว่าทำไมต้องมี MySpace email อีก แบบนี้ก็ซ้ำซ้อนกับ hotmail สิครับ

เอ..เมื่อก่อน spaces ของไมโครซอฟท์ไม่ได้เรียก MySpace มาก่อนใช่มั้ยครับ = =

น่าสนใจ เพราะจะมีซักกี่คนที่ใช้อีเมล์จาก social network .. รอดู facebook หรือ hi5 จะเอาด้วยรึเปล่า

ผมเข้าใจว่า MySpace เป็นอันเดียวกับ spaces ของ Microsoft ซ่ะอีก
อ่านตอนแรกก็งงๆ เอามาตีกับ hotmail ตัวเองทำไม
แต่ @myspace.com นี่ก็น่าสนนะครับ
