การลงนามระหว่างสหกรณ์แท็กซี่มาเลเซียกับ Uber ต้องเลื่อนออกไป หลังถูกประท้วง

Coalition of Taxi Companies and Associations กลุ่มพันธมิตรสหกรณ์แท็กซี่ในมาเลเซียประกาศลงนามความร่วมมือกับ Uber ในวันนี้แต่ต้องเลื่อนการลงนามออกไปหลังมีคนขับแท็กซี่กว่า 100 คนมาชุมนุมประท้วงหน้าคลับที่เป็นสถานที่ลงนาม

ข้อตกลงระหว่างกลุ่มพันธมิตรสหกรณ์แท็กซี่กับ Uber จะเปิดให้คนขับแท็กซี่ 500 คนเพื่อช่วยเพิ่มรายได้ให้คนขับเหล่านี้

Shamsubahrin Ismail ผู้ก่อตั้งสหกรณ์แท็กซี่ Big Blue Taxi Services ที่เป็นผู้สนับสนุนความตกลงครั้งนี้ระบุว่าข้อตกลงจะช่วยให้แท็กซี่กับ Uber อยู่ร่วมกันได้ โดยตัว Shamsubahrin เคยลงทุนถึง 700,000 ริงกิต (5,600,000 บาท) เพื่อสร้างแอปเรียกรถแท็กซี่ของตัวเองแต่ล้มเหลว

คณะรัฐมนตรีมาเลเซียตัดสินใจปรับกฎเกณฑ์การรับผู้โดยสารให้ Uber และ GrabCar ให้บริการได้ โดยต้องลงทะเบียนผู้ขับรถและนำรถเข้าตรวจสภาพเพิ่มเติม ตั้งแต่เดือนสิงหาคมปีที่แล้ว

เหตุผลที่มาเลเซียปรับให้ Uber และ GrabCar สามารถทำธุรกิจอย่างถูกกฎหมายได้ก็เพื่อเก็บภาษีทั้งสองบริษัทไปพร้อมกัน

ขนส่งทางบกมาเลเซีย (Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat - SPAD) เป็นไม้เบื่อไม้เมากับ Uber และ GrabCar มาเป็นเวลานาน เมื่อปี 2015 ทาง SPAD ยังเดินหน้าโครงการยึดรถที่นำมาให้บริการ Uber และ GrabCar อย่างต่อเนื่อง จนกระทั่งรัฐบาลเปลี่ยนแนวทางในปลายปี 2016 ที่ผ่านมา

ที่นี่มาเล Grab กับ uber ลดราคาตีกันดุเดือดมาก
คนที่นี่ใช้ Uber กับ Grab กันแบบเยอะมากๆ เพราะแท็กซ๊่ที่นี่ ไม่ไหวจริงๆ ครับ คืองงๆ มากถ้าจะนั่งนี่กลัวเลย
แถมมีราคาหลายเรทอีก เช่นมี Taxsim Blue taxi พวกนี้แพงมาก เวลามันโผล่มาในคิวแท็กซ๊่ นี่มีแต่คนเกี่ยงกันว่าเออ เชิญคนอื่นไปก่อนเล้ย เพราะ meter ของพวกนี้วิ่งเร็วมากๆ

เคยเจอประสพการ์ณ แปลกๆ ของ Taxi ที่นี่พอควรเช่นเข้ารถไปอ้าวทำไมมีคนนั่งด้านหน้า กลายเป็นพี่แก่เอาหลานมาเลี้ยงด้วยที่เบาะหน้า หรือพอเราจ่ายค่า แท็กซ๊่พอดีๆ 6.45 RM (0.05 RM เหมือน 50 สตางค์) คนขับพี่แกเหมือนฉุนมากที่ไม่ให้กินมาแบบ 6.50 6.60 เลย ปาเหรียญ 0.05 ผ่านหน้า่ผมไปเลย

แล้วก็ประเภท รถจอดรออยู่ แต่ยังไม่ยอมไปจนกว่าจะมีคนเรียกไปที่เดียวกันเต็มรถแล้วค่อยไป โดยคิดทุกคนเต็มราคาเต็ม Meter ก็มี (จะเป็นแบบสถานที่ๆ ที่มีคนไปเยอะๆ เช่นจากหน้าออฟฟิตไปสถานนีรถอะไรแบบนี้)
