ผุดบริการแนวใหม่ในจีน อัพเกรดความจุ iPhone 6/6 Plus โดยไม่ต้องเปลี่ยนเครื่อง!

ข่าวดีสำหรับคนที่งบไม่ถึง และรักความท้าทาย เมื่อเริ่มมีบริการแนวใหม่ในประเทศจีนที่รับเพิ่มหน่วยความจำของ iPhone โดยไม่ต้องเปลี่ยนเครื่อง ในราคาเบาๆ กว่าการไปซื้อรุ่นความจุสูงมาแล้ว

กระบวนการอัพเกรดหน่วยความจำของ iPhone ทำได้โดยการผ่าตัดตัวเครื่อง และเปลี่ยนชิปหน่วยความจำตรงๆ ซึ่งในทางปฏิบัติแล้วแอปเปิลมีระบบสำหรับตรวจสอบฮาร์ดแวร์ ซึ่งร้านที่รับอัพเกรดจะมีเครื่องมือชื่อว่า iTools สำหรับโคลนข้อมูลจากหน่วยความจำเดิมไปยังหน่วยความจำใหม่ ซึ่งรวมถึง serial number ของชิปตัวเดิมมาด้วย

สิ่งที่น่าสนใจคือค่าใช้จ่ายในการอัพเกรดหน่วยความจำนั้นถูกกว่าซื้อเครื่องความจุสูงอย่างมากโดยอัพเกรดไปเป็นความจุ 64GB จะอยู่ที่ 450 หยวน (2,500 บาท) ส่วน 128GB จะอยู่ที่ 580 หยวน (3,250 บาท) ตอนนี้ยังทำได้กับ iPhone 6 และ iPhone 6 Plus เท่านั้น

เหนือชั้นจริงๆ แต่ในอนาคตอาจจะเปลี่ยน RAM, CPU หรือแม้กระทั่ง Chip-set ดื้อๆเลยก็เป็นไปได้

ถ้าทำกับรุ่นอื่นๆ นอกจากของ Apple ได้ด้วยเนี่ย สนุกครับงานนี้ มีโมมือถือแน่นอน เหมาะกับคนมีมือถือเก่าความจุน้อย อยากได้เครื่องใหม่แต่ไม่อยากซื้อเครื่องใหม่อย่างยิ่ง)

เกรดต่ำหน่อยก็น่าจะมี เกรดสูงหน่อยก็น่าจะซื้อมาจาก (Samsung / Toshiba) ... เจ้าเดียวกับ apple แหละครับ

ต้นทุนมันไม่แพงอยู่แล้ว ส่วนรุ่นความจุสูงๆ ราคาแพงกว่ามากเพราะ apple ฟันกำไรเป็นหลักต่างหาก

เดาเอาเองนะครับ chip ดีไม่ดีก็เกรดเดียวกันหรือป่าว
ระดับ B2B ผมว่า ราคาแต่ละความจุไม่ต่างมากหรอกครับ มันมาต่างที่ลูกค้าเองมากกว่า
ดูกำไร Apple ซิ อิอิ

คุณภาพ NAND แต่ละรุ่นแตกต่างกันนะครับ ทั้งเรื่องความเร็วและ write cycle ถ้าจะให้เหมือนเดิมก็ต้องใช้รุ่นที่ใช้อยู่จริงในตัวสูงกว่าหล่ะครับ

ผมว่าตัวเครื้องคงอาจจะอ่านแค่ s/n ของ chip ตรงก็คงโอเลย

ถ้าจะเสี่ยงอัพ เลือกความจุ 128 GB ดูน่าจะคุ้มค่ากว่า 64 GB เพราะดูแล้วการเลือกความจุนี้จาก 16 > 64 ก็เพิ่ม $100 ซึ่งดูแล้วก็ไม่ค่อยต่างกันมากเท่าไหร่กับ 2,500 บาท

เสี่ยงตรงหน่วยความจำเดิมที่ถอดออกมานี่แหละครับ
ถ้าไม่คืนนี่ข้อมูลส่วนตัวมีโอกาสโดนดึงออกมาได้เลย
หรือถึงคืน ระหว่างที่เปลี่ยนจะมั่นใจได้ยังไงว่าไม่โดนแอบ copy เอาไว้

ขาน้อย และคงไม่ได้ติดกาวเลยถอดกันง่ายๆ ปกติ CPU RAM จัด กาวกันมาอย่างหนักงัดไม่ออก

ปรกติเขาบัดกรีติดมาครับ ไม่ได้ติดกาว มันเป็นตะกั่วยึดแบบ surface mount เวลาจะเอาออกก็ใช้ลมร้อนละลายตะกั่วออกมานี่ล่ะ

ที่ติดกาวน่าจะเป็น Shield ที่ครอบบน SoC อีกที ดูจากรูปแล้วไม่มีเลยแกะได้ง่ายๆ แต่ Zenfone 5 ผมรื้อมาดูก็โดนครอบหมดครับถ้าจะงัดออกมีโอกาสพังสูง
