Gdium Netbook แนวคิดใหม่ ไม่มีเนื้อที่เก็บข้อมูลภายใน

ตลาด Netbook คึกคักขึ้นเรื่อยๆ และเริ่มมีคนเสนอแนวคิดแปลกใหม่เข้ามาเป็นจุดขายบ้างแล้ว Gdium เป็น Netbook จากบริษัท Emtec ของฝรั่งเศส มีความต่างคือแทนที่จะเก็บข้อมูลลงฮาร์ดดิสก์หรือแฟลชภายใน ก็เปลี่ยนมาใช้ USB drive แบบต่อภายนอกแทน โดย Gdium จะเรียกมันว่า G-Key

G-Key ที่แถมมากับเครื่องจะมีขนาด 8-16GB ข้างในลงลินุกซ์ Mandriva เวอร์ชันพิเศษสำหรับ Gdium มาให้ ถ้าเอา G-Key มาเสียบกับ Gdium จะเป็นการบูตเครื่องขึ้นมา แต่ถ้าเอาไปเสียบกับคอมพิวเตอร์เครื่องอื่นก็จะเห็นเฉพาะข้อมูลของเราใน G-Key เพียงอย่างเดียว

จุดน่าสนใจอีกอย่างของ Gdium คือใช้ซีพียู Loongson ซึ่งออกแบบโดยสถาบันวิจัยจากจีน Loongson เป็นซีพียูแบบ MIPS ทำงานที่ 64 บิต รุ่นที่ใช้เป็น Loongsoon 2F ผลิตโดย ST microelectronics ทำงานที่ 900MHz

ไม่น่ารอดเพราะไม่ใช้ X86

จริงๆ บอร์ด Atom ก็ Emulate USB ให้เป็น SCSI ได้ OS จะมองเห็นเป็นฮาร์ดดิกส์ทำงานได้เหมือนกัน

ฟีเจอร์มันน่าใช้เหมือนกันนะ คีย์บอร์ดก็ดูดีกว่า eeepc แต่ราคาสูงไปหน่อย
หรือว่าจะเอาไว้ขายสาวๆในยุโรป?

ราคาตลาดจริงๆอาจจะเป็นอีกเรื่องนะครับ กว่าจะขายกันยาโน่น

ของจีน(แดง) ทำ ที่จริงน่าจะทำถูกๆ นะ จะได้ไปหาซื้อมาใช้ซักเครื่อง สเปกขนาดนี้ขอเครื่องราคาต่ำกว่า 5 พันพอ รับรองขายได้ (ขนาด ipod หรือมือถือ มันยังก๊อปซะแล้วเอามาหน้าด้านขายได้เยอะแยะ)

eeepc จอ 8.9 นิ้ว ที่ fnac (ในฝรั่งเศส) ราคา 399 Eur ครับ［1］. ราคาคงตั้งมาแข่งกับ eeepc ล่ะครับ. จริงๆ จอ 10 นิ้วต้องไปแข่งกับอีกรุ่นหนึ่งด้วย.

Macbook ที่ FNAC ขาย 1199 Eur ~ 63,547 บาท[2] ราคาของในฝรั่งเศส ฐานภาษีอะไรต่างมันต่างกันนะครับ ก็คงแพงกว่าหลายๆที่

หรือกล้อง oly แบบไม่แถมด๋อยอะไรเลยขาย 610 Eur ~ 32330 บาท ส่วนเมืองไทยขาย 18,500 บาท. ต่างกัน 1.7 เท่า ... netbook ตัวนี้เอามาขายเมืองไทยอาจจะขาย 400 x 53 / 1.7 = 12,470 บาท :-P (คงไม่จริงๆ ดอกผมก็คิดไปเว่อร์ๆ)
