ดีแทค ประกาศเปิดตัวบริการ Pushmail ส่วนบุคคลอย่างเป็นทางการผ่านเทคโนโลยี WAP Push สมบรูณ์แบบและใช้ได้จริงเป็นครั้งแรกในประเทศไทย ให้ผู้ใช้สามารถอ่าน e-mail จาก Free e-mail เช่น hotmail ,Yahoo, หรือ Gmail และอีเมล์อื่นๆที่ใช้ระบบ POP3,POP3s และ IMAP ได้ทันที โดยทุกครั้งที่มีอีเมล์ใหม่มาถึงระบบจะส่ง WAP Push มาที่โทรศัพท์มือถือ ซึ่งสามารถอ่านเนื้อความ ดูรูป ตอบ-ลบเมล์ หรือส่งต่ออีเมล์นั้นได้โดยไม่ต้องลงโปรแกรมเพิ่มเติมบนมือถือ เพียงเป็นเครื่องโทรศัพท์ที่รองรับระบบ WAP อีกทั้งยังสามารถเลือกตั้งค่าการรีบอีเมล์ที่จะให้ push มาถึงเครื่องโทรศัพท์ได้ด้วยการตั้งค่าการกรองอีเมล์ ลูกค้าที่สนใจใช้บริการสามารถสมัครใช้บริการได้หลายช่องทางโดยสมัครผ่าน Web ได้ที่เว็บ DTAC หรือสมัครผ่าน WAP ทางโทรศัพท์มือถือที่wap.dtac.co.th/pushmail_r หรือสามารถโทรขอรับ WAP PUSH ผ่านทางระบบ IVR ได้ที่ *72711

อยากได้ push mail แต่มือถือไม่รองรับ (ไม่เอา push wap ยังงัยก็ต้องเสียเวลาเข้า wap อยู่ดี)
