YouTube เปิดทดสอบแพ็กเกจ Premium Lite ราคาถูกลง แค่ตัดโฆษณา ไม่รวม YouTube Music

YouTube ยืนยันกับ The Verge ว่ากำลังทดสอบสมาชิกจ่ายเงินแบบ Premium Lite ที่สามารถดู YouTube แบบไม่มีโฆษณาได้บนทุกอุปกรณ์ หลังมีผู้ใช้เว็บบอร์ด ResetEra พบหน้าโปรโมตแพ็กเกจนี้

YouTube Premium Lite จะไม่รวมการฟังเพลงบน YouTube Music แบบไม่มีโฆษณา และไม่มีฟีเจอร์เสริมอื่นเช่น Offline Download หรือ Background Playback เล่นวิดีโอต่อแม้เปลี่ยนไปใช้แอปอื่น

Premium Lite กำลังถูกทดสอบในประเทศเดนมาร์ก ฟินแลนด์ ลักเซมเบิร์ก เนเธอร์แลนด์ นอร์เวย์ และสวีเดน ในราคา 6.99 ยูโร (ราว 280 บาท) เทียบกับราคา YouTube Premium ปกติของยุโรปที่ 11.99 ยูโร (ราว 470 บาท) อาจกลายเป็นอีกตัวเลือกสำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการดู YouTube แบบไม่มีโฆษณา แต่ไม่มีเพื่อนหรือครอบครัวให้ใช้ YouTube Family ได้

อย่างไรก็ตาม ราคา YouTube Premium ในไทย ค่อนข้างต่ำอยู่แล้ว โดยแบบบุคคลอยู่ที่ราคา 159 บาทต่อเดือน ส่วน YouTube Family เพิ่มสมาชิกได้ 6 คน ราคา 239 บาทต่อเดือน (ตกคนละ 40 บาท) ทำให้ยังไม่แน่ชัดว่าจะมีสมาชิกแบบ Premium Lite ให้ใช้งานในอนาคตหรือไม่

ไปๆ มาๆ ผมดู YouTube เยอะกว่าดิสนีย์กับ Netflix อีก คือมันมีคอนเทนต์หลายขนาดอะครับ บางทีอยากดูแค่ 4-5 นาทีก็มี 10-15 นาทีก็มี หรือ 30-60 นาทีก็มี แล้วหลากหลายด้วย อาบน้ำ กินข้าว ปิ้งหนมปัง ชงกาแฟ เปิดไว้ได้หมด 55

ตัวฟรีก็ยังดูอยู่ครับส่วนมากเปิดฟังเพลง เปิดทิ้งไว้ทำงานไป แต่ไม่ค่อยได้เน้นดูเยอะ พวกคอนเท้นแกล้งแฟน ตลก เที่ยว ฯลฯ ไม่ใช่แนวและไม่ค่อยชอบเท่าไหร่ แบบเสียตังของ youtube ก็มีหนังให้ดูนะ แต่ถ้าให้เลือกเสียเงินยังไงก็ disney ก็เยอะจนไม่มีเวลาดูแล้ว

ถ้าเปิดผ่าน Browser Background Playback น่าจะยังใช้ได้อยู่มั้ง แต่ต้องคอยกด Play เรื่อยๆ เอาหน่อย
