กสทช. ชี้แจงแอป "พฤติมาตร" ระบุไม่ดูข้อมูลสื่อสาร, ไม่นำขึ้น Google Play เพราะต้องการตัวอย่างเพียง 4,500 คน

หลังจากเมื่อวานนี้คุณ stan ได้โพสกระทู้ ส่องดูแอป "พฤติมาตร" ของกสทช. รายงานถึงการแจกจ่ายแอปพฤติมาตร ที่ชักชวนให้ผู้คนลงแอปเพื่อร่วมลุ้นรางวัล และมีความน่ากังวลว่าแอปนี้ขอสิทธิ์ระดับลึกหลายสิทธิ์ วันนี้ทางกสทช. ก็ส่งหนังสือชี้แจงมาให้กับ Blognone แล้ว โดยระบุว่าเป็นแอปที่ต้องการเก็บข้อมูลพฤติกรรมการใช้งานโดยตัดข้อมูลอันอาจอ้างอิงถึงตัวบุคคลออกแล้ว

ประเด็นหนึ่งที่ผมกังวลอย่างมาก คือ ตัวแอปอยู่นอก Google Play ทางกสทช. ชี้แจงว่ากำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างไว้ 4,500 ตัวอย่าง "จึงไม่นำขึ้นแอปสโตร์ในชั้นนี้"

น่าตั้งคำถามว่าที่ไม่เอาขึ้น Play store เพราะไม่คิดจะเอาขึ้น หรือคิดว่าเอาขึ้นแล้วจะไม่ผ่านการตรวจสอบ และจะกำหนดได้อย่างไรว่าให้คนดาวน์โหลดไม่เกิน 4500 คน หรือเกินกว่านี้ก็ได้ และถ้าเกินกว่านี้ก็ได้ ทำไมไม่เอาขึ้น Play store

ที่โกลดส่วนมากจะเอารางวัลมากกว่า ในเฟซบุ๊กนี่ไม่อยากพูด เขามีลิงค์อะไรหน่อยบอกมีรางวีลรีบกด รีบกรอกข้อมูลจัง ไม่คิดหรือเขาจะเอาข้อมูลไปทำอะไร
