WordPress 2.8 รหัส "Baker" เปิดให้ดาวน์โหลดแล้ว ของใหม่ได้แก่

  • ทำงานเร็วขึ้น (ไม่มีบอกว่ากี่ x)
  • ติดตั้งธีมง่ายขึ้น แบบเดียวกับที่ WordPress 2.7 ทำระบบติดตั้งปลั๊กอินใหม่
  • CodePress editor ตัวแก้ไขข้อความที่มี syntax highlighting
  • ปรับอินเทอร์เฟซของ widget ใหม่หมด
  • ตัวเลือก Screen Options สำหรับคนใช้จอกว้าง สามารถปรับการแสดงผลของ WordPress ให้เหมาะกับจอได้

ใช้ Host ในไทยที่ความเร็วไม่เยอะจะเจอปัญหานี้กันมากครับ วิธีแก้คือ

  1. ใช้ FTP แบบเก่าๆ
  2. ไปปรับให้ Timeout มันยาวขึ้นกว่า 30 วิ ซึ่งต้องไปแก้ที่ /wp-admin/includes/file.php บรรทัดที่ 444 แก้เลข 30 ให้มากขึ้น เช่น 60, 90, 120

ขอสอนจับปลาแป๊บนะครับ...

การค้นหาข้อมูลด้วยตัวเองคราวนี้ ผมทำภายใต้สมมติฐานที่ว่า "ไม่แน่ว่ามันจะมีข้อมูลให้หรือเปล่าด้วย" นะ ลองดูนะครับ

  1. ไปที่ Wikipedia ถ้าอ่านภาษาอังกฤษได้ หรือ วิกิพีเดีย ถ้าอ่านภาษาไทยง่ายกว่า
  2. พิมพ์ลงไปในช่อง Search ว่า CMS
  3. ถ้าเป็น Wikipedia นี่จะเจอเลย มันจะแสดงเนื้อหาในหัวข้อ Content Management System แทบจะทันที ส่วนเวอร์ชันภาษาไทยจะถามก่อนว่า มันมีหลายความหมายอยู่นะ... แต่ว่าหนึ่งในนั้นน่ะก็คือ ระบบจัดการเนื้อหา ใช่หรือเปล่า
  4. อ่านเลยครับ แต่แนะนำเวอร์ชันภาษาอังกฤษมากกว่า เวอร์ชันภาษาไทยอ่านแล้วต้องแปลไทยเป็นไทยอีก งงพอสมควร

เท่านี้ล่ะครับ หัดใช้บ่อยๆ นะครับ จะได้หาความรู้ได้โดยไม่ต้องรอใครมาช่วย
วิธีการเดียวกันนี้ใช้กับกูเกิลได้ด้วย ขอให้โชคดีครับ

รีบออก 2.8 เพราะ 2.7.1 ใช้กับ Firefox 3.5 Beta 99 (Preview) แล้วระบิ :P
