Software Engineer/Developer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering or related fields
• Experience in the software development industry
• A sharp mind and a desire to get the job done
• Strong interest in understanding business processes and methods
• An understanding of Rapid Application Development practices such as Agile
• A desire to learn and work in a fast paced environment
• Leadership qualities desirable, you must be able to speak your mind and engage in constructive discussions with software engineers
• A passion for technology and technical stuff
• The ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Good English communication skills -- All meetings are conducted in English; you must be comfortable working with English speaking staff

Your Skills are:

• Experience with C# and .Net
• Experience in JavaScript
• Experience in HTML development, with HTML5
• Experience in CSS3,UI Development
• Experience with object-oriented programming
• Experience with database (optional)
• Experience with MVC5, Microsoft Azure (optional)
• Experience in any SPA framework

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with expert software team developing new features specifications
• Identify problems uncovered by testing or user feedback and correct problems
• Develop, suggest and enforce best practices for client-side coding.
• Produce and optimize image assets for high performance (image compression, slicing and CSS sprites).
• Assist with bug fixing client-side code as needed (layout problems, optimizing page download speed).
• Continually improve front-end development skills.
• Stay up-to-date on current design trends, web trends and technology
