The Role
Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Additional Role Description:
As a Search Performance Specialist, you will support and assist some of our largest customers surrounding all aspects of their Search strategies and implementations. In this role, you will act as an expert in Search marketing. You will work closely with LCS vertical and agency teams and directly with our largest customers to teach them how to maximize the performance of Search to drive business growth across industries; this includes pre-sales, post-sales, and account management tasks requiring a nimble and varied skill set. This is a client-facing role that involves pitching new business and providing implementation, optimization, and measurement consultation on all things Search.

This role requires deep product knowledge combined with strong sales skills and analytical abilities to successfully pitch customers new Search marketing strategies. You will be the go-to expert and trusted advisor on any Search related topics. You will develop the ability to pitch the most advanced Search features to clients of all levels in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. You will develop your specialist skills by staying on top of the latest training material and industry trends, as well as interacting with global experts on an ongoing basis.

Working closely with clients, you will ensure that they are achieving their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through advertising and are using the correct mix of tracking and attribution to drive optimal performance. You will leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, educate, and persuade customers to embrace the Search opportunity before them.
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in search engine marketing and performance media
BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 3+ years relevant work experience)
Ability to speak and write in English and Thai fluently and idiomatically
Desired Skills:
Experience working and advising customers on their mobile and search strategy.
Demonstrated ability to influence decision makers using consultative sales skills at all levels and building strong client relationships.
Ability to analyze complex advertiser performance data through tools such as Google AdWords and Google Analytics.
Well honed strategic and analytical capability balanced with creativity and readiness to roll-up sleeves to drive success/impact.
Core deliverables:
Take responsibility for managing the Search book of business of specific clients/area, from planning and pitching to reporting.
Pitch advanced Search products to customers and identify new opportunities to increase customer Search investment efficiently.
Develop high-level relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with major customers to optimize their advertising growth.
Simplify and package Google Search advertising offering for sales and customers. Serve as a liaison with vertical teams and customers regarding new beta tests and product launches.
Support product strategies working with the product, regional & global teams, providing them with feedback and formulating product asks. Provide real-time product feedback to teams based on customer engagements relevant to market needs.
