-ปิดการใช้งาน Task Scheduler
-ปิดการใช้งาน Services บางตัว เช่น Disk Defragmenter
-ปิด System Restore
-ย้าย Page file ไปไดร์ฟอื่น
-จัดการย้าย Temp files
-ยกเลิก Hibernate
-ปิด Sleep Mode

จริงๆ ไม่ต้องระวังอะไรมากก็ได้ครับ ผมใช้ Intel X25-M 80GB กับ Samsung PM800 256GB ใช้มา 2 ปีกว่าแล้ว ยังไม่พังเลยครับ

ผมว่า idea แบบนี้ไม่ค่อยถูกต้องนักนะครับ มันอาจจะพังที่ 3 ปีก็ได้ ทั้งๆ ที่มันควรจะอยู่ได้ถึง 5 ปี
ถ้ามีวิธีดูแลที่ถูกต้องผมคิดว่าควรจะทำครับ (ยกเว้นว่ามีตังค์และชอบซื้อใหม่บ่อยๆ)

การใช้งาน mSATA ก็เหมือนกับ SSD นั่นแหละครับ แต่ที่คุณว่ามามีผิดหลายข้อนะ

  • เปิดการใช้งาน TRIM ---- ถูกต้อง (Windows 7 เปิดอยู่แล้ว)
  • ปิดการใช้งาน Task Scheduler ---- ผิดเต็มๆ ห้ามทำงี้เด็ดขาด
  • ปิดการใช้งาน Services บางตัว เช่น Disk Defragmenter ---- ถูกต้อง
  • ปิด System Restore ---- ผิด เอาไว้เวลาเครื่องพังจะได้กู้ได้ แทบไม่ได้ทำให้อายุสั้นลงเลย
  • ย้าย Page file ไปไดร์ฟอื่น ---- ถูก ถ้าเครื่องแรมเยอะปิด page file ไปเลยก็ได้ครับ
  • จัดการย้าย Temp files ---- ผิด ทำให้เครื่องทำงานเร็วขึ้นมาก และแทบไม่ได้ทำให้อายุสั้นลงเลย
  • ยกเลิก Hibernate ---- ถูก
  • ปิด Sleep Mode ----- ผิดครับ ไม่เกี่ยว
  • ปิด Index files ----- ไม่เกี่ยวเหมือนกัน แต่ถ้าไม่ได้ใช้ก็ปิดๆไปเถอะ
