เคยใช้เมื่อ 2 ปีที่แล้ว ทำงานเป็น TA แล้วต้องกรอกคะแนนนิสิตพร้อมๆ กัน เพื่อให้งานเสร็จทันเวลา และไม่ต้องมานั่งรวบรวมกันใหม่หลายๆ รอบ ใช้งานง่ายมากครับ

+1 แต่อาจลำบากถ้าคนที่เราจะแชร์ไม่มี(ไม่ยอมใช้) gmail หรือถ้าจะเปิดเอกสารแบบสาธาณะไปเลยไม่เจาะจงคนแชร์ก็อาจโดนแก้มั่วได้ (มั่ง)
ไม่ถึงกับต้องสมัคร gmail ครับ

ไม่ถึงกับต้องสมัคร gmail ครับ แต่มันจะบังคับให้สมัคร google account โดยใช้เมล hotmail อารมณ์เหมือนสมัคร .net passport ไว้เล่น msn นี่ล่ะ

ทีนี้ใครวางไฟล์ ลบไฟล์ มันก็จะ sync กันหมด

ลองดูเว็บ smallpad.org ของพี่เม่นดูนะครับ
เผื่อได้ไอเดียการทำงานแบบเป็นทีมใหม่ๆ
ถ้ายังอิงบนไฟล์เอกสารแบบทั่วไปอยู่ (word exel ฯลฯ) ตอนนี้ google doc สามารถตั้งค่าให้แชร์กันเป็นกลุ่มโดยเราเลือกจากไอดีเพื่อนๆ ได้อยู่แล้วครับ ส่วนฟีเจอร์แก้ไขพร้อมๆกันแบบเรียลไทม์ เห็นว่า google doc เริ่มเอามาใส่ให้ใช้ในบาง App แล้ว (สงสัยว่าคืออะไรลองจากเว็บที่แนะนำข้างบนได้ครับ)
สรุปคือ นอกจากแชร์กันได้ ยังช่วยกันแก้ไขได้แบบเรียลไทม์คือเห็นเหมือนๆกัน พร้อมๆกันหมดครับ

redmine ช่วยคุณได้แน่นอน
comment แต่ละ งาน แล้ว ก็ attach files excel,word,power point
แค่นี้ มันก็จะส่งไปให้ทุกคนเอง
สามารถ ตามงานได้ สบายๆ
หรือจะใช้ หัวข้อ ข่าว ในการ ประกาศก็ได้ ทุกคนเข้าไปอ่านเองเรย

ความสามารถนี้ Google Docs ก็ทำได้ครับ
Redmine มันก็ดี ผมก็ใช้อยู่
แต่ต้องมีโฮสต์ ต้องติดตั้ง มันจะเพิ่มความยุ่งยาก+ค่าใช้จ่ายเข้าไปอีกนิดนึง

ใช้ svn เลยก็ได้ครับ เผื่อมี resource อย่างอื่นที่ต้องแชร์ เช่น เพลง ภาพ ไฟลล์ไบนารี่ จะทำให้สะดวกกว่าข้อจำกัดเรื่องแชร์เอกสารอย่างเดียวครับ
