ข้อเสนอแนะ : มารยาทในการ ตั้ง และ ตอบ คำถาม

แม้ว่าจำนวนคนตั้งและตอบคำถามใน Codenone จะยังไม่มากมายนัก แต่ก็มีมากขึ้น และถี่ขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ โดยเฉพาะ ใน Python และหลัง ๆ ผมเริ่มเห็นปัญหาในการตั้งและตอบคำถามพอสมควร เลยอยากนำเสนอ กติกา มารยาทในการ "ตั้ง" และ "ตอบ" คำถาม นอกเหนือจาก "กฎเกณฑ์สำหรับการแสดงความเห็น" ที่ทาง blognone ได้กำหนดไว้แล้ว

สำหรับผู้ตั้งคำถาม

  • "ต้อง" ใช้ <blockcode> ในการเขียนโค้ดที่ยาวเกิน 5 บรรทัด
  • ควรมี feedback หลังจากมีคนตอบคำถามให้
  • ควรอ่านกระทู้ก่อนหน้า ที่ใกล้เคียงกัน เพื่อคนตอบไม่ต้องตอบคำถามซ้ำ
  • ควรเขียนให้คนอื่นอ่านรู้เรื่อง
  • ไม่ควรให้คนตอบเขียนโปรแกรม หรือทำการบ้านให้ ควรตั้งคำถามเฉพาะที่สงสัย
  • ไม่ควรมีการว่าจ้างเพื่อทำการบ้าน หรือโปรเจค
  • ไม่ควรเขียนคำถามยาว ค่อยอธิบายปัญหาในเนื้อหาเอา

สำหรับผู้ตอบ

  • อดทน และเห็นใจมือใหม่

นอกจากนี้ ผมคิดว่าน่าจะมีการทำ FAQ แบบสั้น ๆ ง่าย ๆ ช่วยกันโพสต์ เพราะบางคำถามมาบ่อยจริง ๆ โดยเฉพาะ os.sys

ไม่ทราบว่าคนอื่น ๆ คิดเห็นประการใดกันบ้างครับ

ปกติผมก็พยายามตอบแบบละเอียดๆ นะ จริงๆ ผมอยากให้เปิดอบรมการใช้ google และ keyword มากกว่า ไม่ใช่ว่าไม่อยากตอบ แต่ผมไม่คิดว่าการตอบคำถามแบบ "ป้อนข้าว" จะให้ผลดีในระยะยาว

ผมรู้สึกพักหลัง เป็นคำถามแนว To How เป็นซะส่วนมาก
แบบมาเจอสมัคร แล้วโพส แล้วจากไป ไร้คำขอบคุณ
ผมไม่รู้น่ะว่าครับว่า Blognone นั้นมีกฎอย่างไหรกับเรื่องนี้
แต่คงปล่อยไปเพราะก่อนหน้านั้นมีไม่บ่อย แต่ผมก็ไม่ได้อะไรกับเขาน่ะครับ

แบบว่าบางทีก็ช่วยตอบ หรือไม่ลองค้นหาใน google ฏ้เจอก็จะช่วยโพส keyword ให้ครับ

จริงๆแล้วถ้ามีอินเตอร์เฟสพิเศษช่วยผู้ตั้งคำถามแบบง่ายๆ เช่นมีแบบฟอร์มง่ายๆ ให้เลือกแท็กใส่ แล้วมีคำถาม/คำตอบที่เคยมีผู้ตอบแล้วปรากฏขึ้นตามแท็กที่ตัวเองใส่ แบบนี้อาจช่วยลดปริมาณคำถามซ้ำๆได้

ผมสงสัยนิดนึง เกิดผมจะถามคำถามแต่อยากรู้ว่าเคยมีคนถามแล่้วเหรอยังใน blognone ,มี search มั้ยครับ อยู่ตรงไหน (หาไม่เจอจริงๆ) หรือว่าใช้ google ไปเลย (สงสัยจริงๆนะ)

ฉันมีสคริปต์ python ประมาณ 8 ตัวและ 1 nodejs ที่ทำงานตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงทุกวัน ฉันต้องการสร้างสคริปต์เหล่านี้หลายอินสแตนซ์ แต่มันจะมีราคาแพงบน VPS มหาสมุทรดิจิตอลเนื่องจากฉันได้อัปเกรดสองสามครั้งเพื่อให้การทำงาน 8 พร้อมกัน ฉันดูแลมบ์ดาและมันแพงกว่ามาก
