CTO or Lead Programmer (สำหรับธุรกิจ Web/App Agency และ ธุรกิจ Startup)

For this position, we're hiring for an energetic, pro-active, creative, intelligent, easy-going young colleague, service-mind, fast understanding of client’s business and industries, passion in digital and new technology.
You will be working with great team of account executives, project managements, designers, strategic and engineers to implement challenge projects for both Government and Enterprise brands

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client's business requirement, identify the challenge, project's possibility and understand business agenda & core value, people's insights and think of technology ideas.
• assist the CEO with running and scaling the company from its early stage.
• Lead Brainstorming to find the opportunities by looking through the edges of culture, human behavior and technical strategy.
  Develop and Execute Projects.
• Grow and lead development & programmer team with own the development methodology.
• Plan & Collaborate to all with strategist, engineer, designer, copywriter, production to develop project ideas and creative possibilities & co-ordinate to make it happened.
• Implement product platform and IT infrastructure
• Strong Technology stack, System Architecture, coding , framework + tool utilization and technical design, Strong Project & -
  Team Management, Able to understand business point of views.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Technology Stack , Technology Architecture, Coding & Creative, Out of box thinking & Leadership skills.
• Strong in Leading Technology both LAMP stack : Php, laravel , codigniter , boostrap, magento , wordpress, prestashop and MEAN stack: node.js, react, angular, etc.
• CTO or Lead Developer Experienced in Event Agency Business or Digital Agency Business or Advertising Agency Business more than 5 years (experience preferred).
