Basic qualification for all developer positions

• Strong knowledge of basic concepts of programming
• Solving hard problems with simple and elegant solutions

• BA/BS in Computer Science or relevant experience

Back-End preferred qualification

• Knowledge in programming for performance
• Knowledge in Cloud Infrastructure
• Deep knowledge and skill in Python / PHP / Node.JS or Backend-Framework
• Experienced programming and designing architecture

Software Tester – QA preferred qualification

• Strong knowledge of basic concepts of programming
• Solving hard problems with simple and elegant solutions
• Eager to learn new things in a fast-moving environment
• Good communication skill
• Energetic and love to build great products
• BA/BS in Computer Science or relevant experience
• Very Curious and Scientific Approach Mindset
• Keen eye and is very Attention to Details
• 0-5 Years Experience in Testing/QA Field

DevOps qualification

• Understands Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment concept
• Understands DevOps concept
• Understands Infrastructure as Code
• Familiar and able to work with MSSQL/MySQL database
• Knowledge web services, network protocol, socket would be added advantage
• Knowledge of deployment Linux server environment would be an added advantage
• Excellent in documentation skills

Project Manager preferred qualification

• Have knowledge of SDLC, Software Engineering, and Software Quality Control
• Have experienced in the HRD sector (Human Resource Development)
• Experience in IT Project Manager 2-5 years

Product Development preferred qualification

• Have knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Software Engineering, and Software Quality Control
• Have experienced in the HRD (Human Resource Development) and Education sectors
• Understanding technology landscape and trends
• Understand Software as a Service (SaaS)
• Excellent skill in office programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of software development process

Mobile Developer preferred qualification ( Android , iOS )

• Strong knowledge of basic concepts of programming
• Deep knowledge and good skill in Java or Kotlin ( Android ) / Objective-C and Swift (iOS)
• Well understanding in Mobile User Experience.

System Analyst preferred qualification

• Having Technical or programming background is a plus
• Experienced in the Enterprise Software Implementation
• Experienced in LMS, e-learning, KMS, HRIS
• Experienced in software testing or Quality Assurance
• Passionate in technology and digital world. Always keep updating what's going on today and tomorrow
• Be energetic and love to build a great product
• Thinking out of the box to solve challenging puzzles with smarter and better solutions
