เงินเดือน : 20,000-25,000 บาท
หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน :
- Onsite Support Engineer for the customer factory's manufacturing control system
- Candidate will have basic skill about Winodws Server administration and basic English skill for problem escalation/solution.
- Candidate will be experienced in managing own team as team leader
- Provide and lead for incident management process
- Handle on the entire incident management process
- Track incidents and escalate to others from service desk
- Prepare an incident report for management
- Ensure efficient flow of incidents through service desk (Tier1/ Tier2)
- Coordinate activities between multiple support groups to ensure adherence to extant service level agreements where other groups are needed to resolve a single service desk incident
Communicate and coordinate IT-related issues and activities between IT services and business end-users
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : - Bachelor's degree in IT ,Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related filed
- At least 5~7 years experience of incident/problem management (automotive environment will be an advantage)
- Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset, high self discipline
- High level of IT literacy – MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Proactive, self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups
- Good understand English Reading and writing ,Windows Server ,Database administration , Knowledge about manufacturing especially automobile
- Work Shift , Work at customer]s Factory at Bangna-trad KM22
- Has private car or can live nearby
