Pendata is an international software development and server management company based in Bangkok. We build software products and deliver hosted solutions internally and for clients locally and in international markets.

Our young and creative team is evolving and we are looking for a Thai national to join us in our cool Sukhumvit soi 36 office.

The role we are currently looking to fill will require extended travel to Japan, as it involves establishing a client environment within one of our partner sites in Tokyo.

Position available

The role will suit the following experience to join us on this project team:

Required

• At least 1 year of software development experience
• Confident level of business Japanese
• Good knowledge for RestAPI’s and system integration

Preferred

• Linux/Unix
• Python (Django or possibly some other MVC framework)
• Amazon Web Services

Work environment

• You will be working with an Australian CEO, a Swedish CTO, a Thai development team and a Tokyo based project team.
• We work a standard 40 hour week and offer up to 20 paid annual leave days per year and understand and promote good work life balance.
• Our culture is fun and social, working with Scrum and DevOps methodologies, which include daily stand-up meetings, sprints, retrospectives, communication, collaboration, testing and automation.
• As there is significant travel involved in this role you need to be comfortable with working remotely and extended periods away from home.
