Position : Senior Software Engineer – Core Banking (Retail Lending)
Responsibilities
1.Lead in detail requirement and modules design to comply with Software Development Standard and align with business user requirement both in-house development and software package. Supervise software development team in analysis, design and development process.

2.Analyze business user requirements, evaluate alternative solutions and determine feasibility & practicality in user environment. Assist users in formulate their requirements. The analytic activities with documentation including :

• Problem definition
• Data gathering
• Functional analysis
• Investigation of alternatives, Pro&Con
• Preliminary design

3.Provide all requirements to software development team and support application
design, data base design and programs coding. Perform detail modules-design, explain & support Developers for development and testing according to
procedural standards. The activities including:-

• Verify program Specifications.
• Develop application design documents.
• Ensure unit test result.
• Participate and ensure integrated testing of system testing of overall system.
• Solve all technical problems related to the application.
• Ensure applications performance.

4.Develop test plan and perform testing to ensure that the designed application align
with user requirements and to reduce the application defects before the deployment for User Acceptance Testing phase.

5.Develop the documents or manuals according to Software Development standard
such as Software / Application Requirement Specification or Use Case and Application Design etc.
Qualifications

1. Bachelor Degree in Computer-Science, Technology information or related field.
2. Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
3. Able to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience.
4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to think logically.
5. Minimum 3 years working experience as application analyst
6. Experience in Banking / Finance sector especially Core Banking & Payment System will be advantage

Position : Software Engineer – Credit Card & Digital Channels
Responsibilities

Position : Software Engineer – Web Designer
Responsibilities
1.Analyze user requirements, evaluate alternative solutions and determine feasibility & practicality in user environment.
2.Perform detail modules-design , develop diagrams and documents that represent the whole application based on the requirements and implement the architecture defined by the Architect
3.Develop test plan and Perform testing to ensure that the designed application align with user requirements
4.Develop the documents or manuals according to Application Design Standard
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Computer-Science, Technology information or related field.
1.Minimum 3 years experience in software design and development.
2.Excellent Knowledge and skill of the programming languages - Java, J2EE
3.Practical skill in Relational Database Management System such as DB2, Oracle, No SQL database, SQL Server and database programming skill.
 
Position : Software Engineer – Solution Architect
Responsibilities
1.Acts as a technology expert on a project team to address systems, software integration and compatibility issues. Works with subject matter experts in IT areas to arrive at an optimal design

2.Perform and/or participate in Project design team and review sessions in collaboration with other Architects to validate and ensure the that Project design is in conformance with the Enterprise Security, Information and Infrastructure Architecture

3.Provide the end to end high level IT architecture consultation including with in-depth the architecture design and implementation guidance.

4.Develop a set of technology standards and framework and ensure for the completeness of implementation align with architecture design

5.Adopt technology and provide proven IT alternative and solutions to meet Business Requirements or issues addressed.

6.Researches, evaluates and selects from existing and emerging technologies the options best fitting business and IT strategic needs and support development team to apply intelligently customized industry’s best practices and educate the stakeholder to understand enterprise architecture.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields.

2.Minimum 5 years’ experience in professional technical experience related to systems design and deployment, or networking and infrastructure, or application development.

3.At least 1-2 years in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead, team lead, architect, or any other hands on leadership role.

4.Understanding of the domains of Cloud Computing, New Technology solutions both from an infrastructure level and from common application including information security.
