รายละเอียดงาน
- ติดตั้งและทดสอบซอฟแวร์ของบริษัท ในอุปกรณ์และระบบปฎิบัติการต่างๆ
- ทำการทดสอบเนื้อหาและแอพต่างๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่าโปรแกรมสามารถใช้งานได้มีประสิทธิภาพ และถูกต้อง
- ทดสอบอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ว่าสามารถใช้งานกับซอฟแวร์ได้หรือไม่ Smart TVs, TV boxes, Mini Computers, etc.
- Monitoring และเพิ่มเติมอุปกรณ์ในแลปทดสอบ
- ทดลองสร้างเดโมการใช้งาน บนอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ โดยใช้ Software ของบริษัท เช่น ต่อกับ Video walls, Voice control (Google Home, Alexa, …), อุปกรณ์ IOT เป็นต้น
- ทำ Automating QA tests เพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่า เราจะสามารถเจอปัญหาได้ก่อนที่ลูกค้าจะเจอ
- ทำงานร่วมกับ support team เพื่อช่วยตรวจสอบหาสาเหตุของปัญหาต่างๆ ที่ลูกค้าแจ้ง และประสานงานกับทีมโปรแกรมเมอร์เพื่อติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาต่อไป

We’re an international startup with teams in London and Bangkok that is funded, growing fast with over 1000 paying customers including big names such as Amazon, BBC, ABB, Dropbox, Uber, Lenovo, & T-Mobile.
As part of our expansion in Bangkok we are looking for a dedicated QA and test technician who loves technology and hardware.
**Responsibilities **
- Installing and testing our software on various devices and operating systems.
- Testing different content and apps to ensure performance and compatibility.
- Evaluating different hardware. Smart TVs, TV boxes, Mini Computers, etc.
- Monitoring and expanding our device test lab.
- Building technology demos using our system. Video walls, Voice control, IOT integration, etc.
- Working with our support team to investigating customer reported issues, replicating problems, communicating with the development teams.
- Automating QA tests to ensure we catch issues before they impact customers.
Requirements
- Positions open to all nationalities though Thai nationals preferred
- English language skills are useful but not required
- No formal education requirements (we care more about what you have done in the past)
- Passion for technology and burning desire to make the future happen
