Position Summary:
As a CRM Specialist you will build and maintain the lead database of our sales teams across the SEA region. The tasks include finding new lead sources, scraping leads from public websites (with automation tools), adding leads to our CRM system, and consistently measure and improve the quality of leads.
As a secondary activity, you will responsible to conduct improvements of Gogoprint's CRM system. This means analysing needs together with the sales managers, implementing improvements, and coordinate with internal / external development teams to develop new features.
As a third activity, you will conduct IT support to our Thai offices. You will monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of Gogoprint. You might have to install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems.
Job Functions:
1.Generate leads for Gogoprint's sales teams across South-East Asia (50%)
2.Improve Gogoprint's CRM system (30%)
3.IT support of Gogoprint's Thailand offices (20%)
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or networking systems would be advantageous
2.Good in English with strong communication skills
3.Up-to-date technical knowledge (networking, standard end-user software, latest SAAS)
4.Google App and Excel skill
5.Installing, configuring, diagnosing computer systems (hardware + software) and networking issue (e.g. Wifi)
6.Good analytical and problem solving skills
7.Attention for detail, high responsibility and high motivation
8.Advantageous, but not required:
- Previous experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Previous experience in lead generation
- Database skills such as in SQL, programming and simple scripting (e.g. PHP)
