Qualifications:-

1. Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineer or any IT related fields
2. At least 2 years’ experience in hardware, software, storage, OS and backup application implementation
3. Strong skill and knowledge in Linux (Redhat/SUSE), NetBackup, Trend micro deep security or AIX, PowerHA Cluster, IBM PureData, Oracle Database, Oracle Exadata
4. Knowledge of Veeam Backup, VMWare, VMWare view, or TSM (IBM Spectrum Protect) implementation is a plus
5. Hardware skill set in Dell, EMC, HP, IBM, LENOVO, SUN would be advantage
6. Good problem solving and analytical skills
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills
8. Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with minimal direction
9. Ability to work in a team environment , Strong senses of customer service and team spirit
10. Continuous learning and professional development
11. Good Command of spoken and written English
12. Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints

Responsibilities:-
1. Install and setup OS for :
1.1 Intel Products such as Linux, Windows server, VMWare, vSAN and related products (or)
1.2 Enterprise Product such as AIX, PowerHA Cluster, Storage, IBM PureData, Oracle Database,
Oracle Exadata and related products
2. Implement Backup System such as NetBackup, or Veeam products
3. Plan and Design overall system architecture for enterprise application such as securities, backup/recovery, system infrastructure
4. Install and configure hardware and/or software solutions and make it ready to use for customer
5. Track problems found during installation / configuration activities
6. Troubleshooting and problem solving.
7. Document detailed system architecture
8. Deliver professional presentation to client
9. Installing, managing and maintaining components in system architecture.
10. Assist project team in doing performance test or POC
11. Provide post installation and/or maintenance support for customer
