The Digital Banking team at TISCO is looking for a developer fluent in Java and willing to learn new technologies to tackle exciting challenges. This position requires you to actually code to deliver web based solutions. You’ll be working on web services, APIs, and such things to build solutions to create a richer experience in our CMS called Adobe Experience Manager. Responsibilities
- Web Development with Java Technology in AEM framework: Adobe Experience Manager or Eclipse
- Build and deploy applications, components, servlets, maven, and packages.
- Unit Test and Fix Bug agree according to user’s requirements.
- To continuous learning in brand new technology in order to develop systems.
- A developer creates enterprise systems by development, implement, and maintenance systems, components, and interfaces.
- The person in this job designs and develops high-volume, low-latency systems for high performance and ability
- One of the major tasks of a developer is to contribute to the entire development life cycles, write well designed, testable and efficient code
- A developer must ensure that designs are in compliance to the specifications.
- The developer will be closely working with Architecture Team.
- High proficiency in JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery or more/other front end web technologies is a BIG plus.
- Involves in code reviews.
- Implements solutions as designed in technical documentation specification and coding standards.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or any field preferably in IT
- Has experience at least 1 year in Java Programming for Junior Developer
- Has experience at least 2-3 years in Java Programming for Senior Developer
- Develops and enhance software applications through coding and testing.
- Understand the business requirements, software specifications and architecture designs provided by the technical lead and apply them in completing the
- assigned task.
- Has ability to develop Web Application in knowledge of J2EE such as JSP, Java Servlet, etc. and Web service (SOAP/REST) development
- Has related technical skill relevant work experience in any of the following programming languages or technologies: AJAX, JavaScript, XML, JSON, MongoDB, MySQL, Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Cloud Computing Services etc.
- Has knowledge of version control concept
- Must have sufficient knowledge in Object-oriented programming concept
- Must be an excellent team player in a different culture
- Must display ability to learn in a short time and work under pressure
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics is an advantage
- Knowledge of 3rd Party API (Social Network API, Google API, Chatbot) is an advantage
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager is an advantage
