We are looking for a one year contract programer with a specification as below:

Expert knowledge of Perl. XHTML and CSS XML and XSLT Rich web application design using AJAX. SQL programming and database design using PostgreSQL or MySQL. Experience with designing and consuming web services. Familiarity with UNIX and Linux. Experience with working in a team with other developers, analysts, and testers. Experience with communicating with customers to prepare for and deliver software. Ability to implement and troubleshoot programming changes and modifications.
