หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ :
- รับเรื่องปัญหาด้านผ่านทาง Mail, Call และ ช่องทางอื่นๆ
- ตรวจสอบปัญหาเบื้องต้นและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น
คุณสมบัติ : - จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส หรือ ปริญญาตรี ทางด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 0-3 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานในด้าน Microsoft office : e-mail, word, excel, PowerPoint
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการแก้ไขปัญหาคอมพิวเตอร์ (Microsoft XP, Windows 10), printer, Internet
-มีความรู้พื้นฐานในระบบคอมพิวเตอร์เครือข่าย (LAN, WAN) หรือระบบ point of sale - มีทักษะในการประสานงาน สามารถสื่อสารและอธิบายได้ชัดเจน
- มีความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่ และมีไหวพริบในการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- รายได้ขั้นต่ำ 16,000 บาทต่อเดือน
- NETWORK ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Perform the daily network monitoring for Group SCCC company to achieve SLA
• Provide network designs for enterprise wide and branch office infrastructure initiatives
• Install, maintain and support LAN/WAN infrastructure including Routers, Switches, WiFi controllers, Wan Optimizers, and VoIP solutions
• Monitor and optimize network performance for scalability, reliability and usability
• Effectively work as part of a team to meet team goals and objectives
• Participate in team projects in both a contributor and lead role in the area of responsibility
• Perform and maintain proper documentation
• Provide technical support to maintain and optimize day-to-day operational efficiency at multiple customer sites
• Network provider (3rd party) Management
• Provide consultative support to international customers
• Research and Develop best Solutions for Customers
• Monitoring, Controlling, Analyzing, and Reporting of all networking issues on-site
• Adhere to approved IT Guideline, Standards and Policies
• Supporting Cisco Advanced Technologies
• Perform both on-site and remote intervention and periodical preventive on-site visits.
• Problem diagnosis and fix network incidents.
• Technical consulting for the customer and on-call support for network issues.
• Ensure the compliance of all procedures to the project contract.
• Support IT Security Framework concerns and activities
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Male or Female, 30-40 years of age
• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Sciences or any related fields
• At least 7 years’ experience in General IT support or any related fields
• Experience with below products would be an advantage:
-LAN/WAN infrastructure
-Routers, Switches
-WiFi controllers
-Wan Optimizer
-VoIP solutions
-IT Security Framework
• Good command of English
Salary : Up to experiences
- IT Security Support Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Engineer, implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer system, network and information
• Identify and define system security requirements
• Support to manage the Security Framework
• Design system security architecture and develop detailed security designs
• Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols
• Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices
• Develop Technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Male or Female, 30-40 years of age
• Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or any related fields
• Knowledge of IT Security principles, techniques and technologies
• Experience in Building and maintaining security systems
• Hands on experience in security systems, including mail gateway, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering etc.
• Have Experience with below products:
-Security information and Event Management (SIEM) tools like ArcSight, QRadar, Splunk
-Vulnerability scanner like Nessus, MVM, Qualys, etc.
-Networking protocols and technologys TCP/IP, Firewalls, Routers, etc.
-Microsoft Window server
-IT Security Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA,CEH, GCIH, GCIA, OSCP, etc.
Salary : Up to experiences
