ผมต้องการเริ่มนำ Agile มาใช้ แต่ด้วยการทำงานก่อนหน้านี้ จะเป็นการทำงานแบบ 1 คนทำ 1 โปรเจ็ค ตามแผนงานที่ได้วางไว้ โดยปล่อยให้ทำกันไปทั้งระบบ ตั้งแต่เก็บ requirement, design, test, implement จนถึงการ Training user เพื่อใช้งาน
จึงอยากขอความคิดเห็น จากทุกๆ ท่านในนี้ ว่าผมควรนำ Agile มาใช้หรือไม่ และหากนำมาใช้ควรนำไปใช้ในแนวทางใดครับ

ที่เคยเจอคือ แต่ละโปรเจคแต่ละคนมีการดำเนินงานต่างกัน เทคนิคแต่ละคนก็ต่างกัน พอลองนำ Agile มา ต่างคนต่างอีโก้กันสูง ประชุมทีไม่ลงตัวกันเพราะต่างคนก็เป็น Full Stack Developer มาหมดครับ แต่ถ้าได้ทีมดีก็ไปได้สวย

Agile ไม่เหมาะกับงานคนเดียวครับ มันเกิด Process ที่เหมาะสำหรับหลายคนทำ Iteration เวิร์คกว่า เพราะ Process ส่วนทำงานร่วมกับคนอื่นมันจะไม่บังคับเหมือน Agile ถ้าจะหยิบแค่พวก กาบัง กับเบิร์นดาวน์ชาร์ทมาดูมันก็น่าจะเรียก Iteration มากกว่าครับ แนะนำจากประสบการณ์นะครับ ทำพวก Product Back log ทำกาบังบอร์ด และเบิร์นดาวน์ชาร์จก็เพียงพอ ซึ่ง visualstudio online มีให้ครบครับดูคนเดียวก็ได้ลาก user มาดูก็ได้ เพราะสามารถเอา backlog กับเบิร์นดาวน์มาทำในกาบังบอร์ดทีเดียวเชื่อมให้ครบเลย แถมมี git กับตัว test ให้ด้วยถ้าอยาก advance
