Job position

1. UX/UI Designer (Web)
a. Responsibility
i. Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
ii. Facilitate the creative team’s work by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences.
iii. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
iv. Work on CSS to develop UX/UI based on design
v. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate on designs.
vi. Collaborate with team members across different departments including planners, account management, media, and technology and stakeholders.
vii. Ensure all versions of project UX/UI documents are complete, current, and stored/ archived appropriately using company protocols.
viii. Research and analyze industry UX/UI trends and perform competitive analysis for projects

b. Requirements
i. Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology, Human Factors or related field. New graduates are welcome.
ii. Experienced Photoshop, illustrator, prototyping tools
iii. Experienced CSS development
iv. Basic understanding of responsive design, mobile/tablet UX/UI patterns.
v. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to team members and clients.
vi. Ability to receive and provide constructive criticism during design reviews.
vii. A team player, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is willing to help teammates, share knowledge and learn from others.
viii. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the industry’s latest trends and technologies.

2. Web Developer & Digital platform setup
a. Responsibility
i. Experience working with Wordpress and related technologies
ii. Great programming and test driven development skills
iii. Good understanding of front-end technologies (UX principles, HTML5, responsive and single page applications knowledge is a plus)
iv. Knowledge in SVN/Git, Shell script and Linux environment.
v. Knowledge in Continuous development.
vi. Understanding Agile software development practices.
vii. Experience working with cross-functional project teams using Agile or Scrum methodology a plus (Collaborate with architects, lead software engineers, and business analysts on design decisions regarding user interface and component creation, facilitate and fulfill tasks as a member of an agile team, e.g. peer reviews, developer collaboration, test Driven Development, daily stand up meetings, identifying system bottlenecks and making corrective recommendations.)

b. Requirements
i. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology, Human Factors or related field. New graduates are welcome.
