The role:
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the direction of Thailand fast-growing cruise market. Your responsibilities include managing cruiseguru's social media content and engaging with our ever-growing fan base. The ideal candidate must be both insanely creative and analytical with a love for positioning and messaging. This role will focus on redefining the cruiseguru brand, building brand awareness and customer acquisition. As one of the first hires in sales and marketing, you will also interact with customers firsthand helping them choose and plan their perfect cruise. You will receive chat messages from multiple social channels and phone calls from clients, identify and react to their needs, and perform requested research or bookings.
In additional to your salary which shall be between 20,000-25,000. As Sales and Marketing Associate you also earn attractive performance bonuses, commissions and will have the opportunity to grow into a more senior position, such as Sales & Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement social media marketing campaigns and plans to achieve company goals
Assisting with marketing administration tasks
Introduce company’s cruise products/services, offering advice/quotation and collect payments
Provide assistance with visas
Use experience(more of which your will gain while working with us) to suggest destinations, cruise line brand, ships, staterooms, dining times, dress codes, etc.
Reply to all types of enquiries regarding cruises via email/social media/phone etc.
Maintaining accurate records of sales.
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
Qualifications:
Age 21-26 years (Thai national):
At least a Bachelor degree in tourism, Marketing, Economic, Business, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and/or Business Administration
0 to 2 years experience in tourism, marketing, advertising, business management or related field field
Problem solving, able to work under pressure and multitask
Service-minded, good human relation skills, active and friendly natured
Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Thai
Able to travel abroad.
Although not require, special consideration will be made to candidates with experience in graphic design(Adobe illustrator, Sketchapp etc) and/or video editing (Final Cut Pro etc)
