Job purpose:
The Agile Coach enable the agile development teams. You will work to continuously improve the development process where the common goal is to deliver products as fast as possible in multiple markets while having fun.
Responsibilities:
- Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement
- Help teams with challenges and opportunities related to how they work and interact
- Champion improvement potential across the organisation
- Facilitate retrospectives, discussions arenas and decision making
- Participate in day-to-day operations, architecture and development work to evaluate agile implementation
- Work with community, partners and other organisations to build communities and identify best practises that we may consider to implement
About you:
- Demonstrating strong knowledge and background with Agile concepts
- Breaks and adapts Agile principles if it makes us better, faster or more happy
- You have a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching
- You care about learning new things and applying them in a practical way
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of the product development life cycle
- Experienced in multiple programming languages, QA and CI/CD
- Bachelor degree in Computer science/engineering or related fields
- Good English skills
International candidates with the right background will be considered.
