Our client is looking for an experienced Product Manager to guide the design, development, and support of features of our SaaS-based products.
It is possible for this position to be based in either Singapore, Kuala Lampur, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Manila, Jakarta or Hong Kong. ?
Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring the feature team is receiving all the external business factors (e.g. through feedback) to make core decisions for prioritisation

Ensuring that the product development lifecycle (PDLC) works for their particular product (e.g. how to get an idea all the way deployed to the market)

Coordination of UX and UI capabilities as part of the PDLC

Working closely with the lead developer and scrum master to ensure that the workload is well managed, and is able to use this information to communicate back to key stakeholders in the business

Market research on 3rd party products that can be integrated to make the team more functional

Ensuring that the feature team is well supported through customer expectation management

Working with the product trainer to ensure appropriate documentation is created to train our staff internally, and is used to distribute this information via a knowledge base to the customers.

Working with the product marketing manager to ensure that the releases on new epics/features are communicated to sales and marketing, showing the benefits of why we have implemented these into the product.

Requirements
• 2-5 years of product management experience on a consumer or enterprise product, preferably SAAS
• Proven history of shipping and managing products with cross-functional teams in a Scrum environment
• Experience working collaboratively with software developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers
• Previous experience shipping and iterating on successful products
• Ability to work independently, communicating across multiple time zones
• Knowledge of JIRA and/or Trello will be advantageous
• Prior startup experience is helpful.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. Bilingual or Multilingual preferred.
