Senior HR Recruiter

Responsibilities:-

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Monitor and apply hr recruitment as a best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
• Other assignment related with hiring staffs.

Qualifications :-

• Female age over 28 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in recruitment
• Having experience in a large IT of a multi-national organization; financial services or investment industry experience would be advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving with multi-tasking skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Computer literate in MS Office and basic knowledge of other application programs.
• Possess attitude of "Can do" and fast learner.
• Self-motivated, service minded, work smart, results oriented and able to work under pressure in a multinational working environment.
