รับสมัคร Outsource Engineer (IT Support)

เวลาทำงาน: 08.00-17.00 น. หยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์

Qualification:
- Thai nationality, Male of Female, Age not specific
- Good command of English (Communicate with foreigner) *No need to fluent speaking
- Have knowledge of computer hardware (PC, Notebook), Software, and Operating system (Windows 7 and above)
- Ability to perform PC set-up (OS Installation, Image Cloning, Software installation)
- Ability to troubleshoot PC/Laptop security issue (Virus, Mal-ware, and other related issues)
- Experience of end user support, IT trouble shooting, end user communication and provide basic instruction for user
- Experience of Multi function Printer Support (Fuji Xerox), dot matrix printer, and scanners
- Familiar with ticket support base on urgency and priority, able to provide remote support using centralized management tools.
- Service mind attitude, friendly and able to communicate technical term to non-technical user
- Able to communicate in basic English with non-Thai user (Japanese and other non-native English speakers)

Job description:
- On site technical support
- PC / Laptop and IT peripheral support and trouble shooting
- PC / Laptop set-up / Delivery
- IT Inventory house keeping for store room and computer asset and accessories record
- Stand by for walk-up support for IT incident within the head office
- Meeting Room Set-up and troubleshooting

Estimated outsource IT engineer required task by capacity:
- Computer and Printer support - 50%
- IT Store room house keeping, inventory - 20%
- PC / Laptop Set-up - 20%
- IT Goods Receive / Invoice processing - 5%
- Help Desk Agent backfill - 5%
