Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience with 'Ruby on rails' development
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Heroku
• Experience building a team
• Experience leading teams of remote engineers
• Experience owning a complex enterprise product
• Exemplary communication and organization skills

Your responsibilities

• Architect and design overall system platform to eventually scale to millions of users
• Research, evaluate, and propose cutting edge, resourceful technologies that can solve business problems quickly and economically
• Own overall engineering deliverables and be able to clearly communicate risks, dependencies, and progress to the executive leadership team
• Hire, mentor, inspire, coach and build a world class engineering organization to deliver simple and delightful solutions to our customers
