We are a software development studio focused on building custom web and mobile applications for startups of Asia Pacific, Europe and the United States. We take a product development approach, creating custom software that people will love to use and empowering our clients to do what they do best - better.

Our founding team has been part of the early stage of companies such as Lazada, Rocket Internet and other recognized startups. Over the years, we have grown an expert and multidisciplinary team working on large scale software development projects of very diverse nature such as SAAS, social and eCommerce platforms.

UI/UX Designer

Role

• Design beautiful world class web and mobile applications
• Participate actively in the product management decisions
• Increase your skills through design sprints and peer reviews

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 3 or more years experience in a similar role. If you have less experience but you are an exceptional designer we will consider you as well.
• Is a master in her/his toolset: Sketch (preferred), Illustrator, Photoshop and is open to learn new tools
• Can work independently and take ownership of design projects
• Has a good understanding of how to apply the methodologies of visual design and research to business problems
• Feels comfortable doing illustration. This is optional but it’s a great addition to the team.
• Is able to create user stories, task flows and wireframes
• Can drive the development of design guidelines and libraries
• Has experience with mobile design
• Can manage user experience research
• Keeps updated with the latest design trends
• Is comfortable working with developers
