Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for New Startup Business

Responsibility:
• assist the CEO with running and scaling the company from its early stage
• Implement product platform and IT infrastructure
• Strong coding , framework + tool utilization and technical design
• Grow and lead development team with own the development methodology

Full-Stack Web Developer (Level : Senior , Expert, Lead)
Must-have skills:
• Excellent knowledge of Full-stack framework
• Experienced in PHP Framework CI, Laravel or Node.js or Ruby on Rail
• Experienced in OOP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, MySql, Git etc.
• Experienced in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, etc.).
Nice to have skills:
• Experience of MEAN Stack would be plus.

Front-end Web Developer (Level : Senior , Expert, Lead)
Must-have skills:
• Excellent HTML, XHTML, CSS programming skills.
• Knowledge of emerging web technologies such as HTML5 ,CSS3, Bootstrap, Responsive web.
• Experience of jQuery.
• Experience of working with version control systems such as SVN or Git.
• Some experience of AJAX techniques.
Nice to have skills:
• Experience of Node.js, Angular.js, React and Wordpress.
• Experience using Ionic.
• Familiar with CSS pre-processers (LESS, SASS, etc.)

Must-have skills:
• Strong knowledge of PHP and MVC frameworks such as Laravel, Codeigniter |or| Ruby on Rail frameworks

• Proficiency of HTML5/CSS, JavaScript / JQuery
Nice to have skills:
• Designing / developing scalable websites
• Amazon AWS (EC2, S3, Route 53, Opsworks) or other cloud hosting service skills
• Using command line, linux, git, SSH
