เห็นด้วยที่ต้องดู Job Description ก่อน เพราะโดยปรกติแล้วองค์กรทั่วไปที่ไม่ใช่ Software House งานส่วนใหญ่ของ IT คือ งาน Support กับจัดจ้างบริษัทภายนอกเพื่อซื้ออุปกรณ์ และพัฒนาระบบมากกว่าจะพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์กันเองนะครับ ผมละห่วงคุณจัง ให้คุณเป็น Manager ทั้งๆ ที่จบใหม่ ผมว่าเห็นเค้าลางว่าเขาให้คุณดูแลงาน Support มากกว่า โดยลูกน้องคุณอาจเป็นพนักงานเก่าที่จบ ปวช. ปวส. คำถามคือ คุณจะเอาอยู่หรือเปล่า เพราะคนที่จะเอาอยู่ก็ต้องเก๋ามาพอสมควร แต่ถ้าคุณทำกิจกรรม ไม่ได้เรียนอย่างเดียว ก็น่าจะพอแถไปได้ แต่ถ้าเรียนอย่างเดียวเลย อันนี้ลองคิดดูดีๆ
