Position: UAT Leader

Location BTS Pleonjit, Chitlom

Responsibilities:

1. Review business requirement & functional specification in details with related parties.
2. Review gap analysis that created by business analyst (BA) team before starting System Integration Test (SIT) and UAT
3. Plan UAT timeline, resources, and test environment together with project team.
4. Develop test plan and test strategy with project team member.
5. Define the UAT entry criteria and agree with IT related team.
6. Lead teams to prepare test plans, test cases and test script based on business requirement and functional specification documents.
7. Execute testing according to project plan and allocated timelines.
8. Update testing progress regularly to project teams and management.
9. Identify, prioritize and track issues/defects and collaborate with BA team, or cross-functionality to achieve the best resolution.
   10.Prepare UAT signoff document to get approval before project implementation.
   11.Initiate the automate test scripts for regression test via testing tools.

Qualifications:

1. Experiences 3-8 yrs of QA/Testing experience
2. Background of banking or financial sector is preferable
3. Familiarity with creating the test case and test script based on business and functional requirements
4. Strong problem analysis, Analytical thinking, good human relations, mature and good interpersonal skills
5. Ability to handle and manage multiple medium to large projects and team of 5 involved person or more
6. Have background on SDLC process
