Job Description
•Support all network requests including Implement and Operation
•Be Tier2 Network Operation Support including
•Network Troubleshooting
•Network Performance Tuning
•Network Capacity Planning and Management
•Network Vendor Management
•Ensure that network diagrams, configurations and inventory are maintained properly
•Ensure that network devices are monitored properly
•Perform Network Patch and Hardening periodically
•Troubleshoot and analyze the debug logs and packet captures
Qualification
•(Shift Lead – work as shift for 24x7) manage NOC team to ensure all incidents are resolved by SLA
•can work @ Chaengwattana
•3 Year Experiences Up
Can choose any fields
1.experience large scale Network operation especially in Data Center Networking, Campus Networking area, Security Area
2.In depth knowledge of Cisco and Non Cisco Product i.e. Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst 6500, F5, Bluecoat, ASA, Juniper, Checkpoint
3.In depth knowledge of Cisco Product i.e. ASR Series, ISR Series, WAAS
4.experience in NOC and manage NOC team
