BSD is an internationally-present Technology Education Academy in the USA, Hong Kong and Thailand. We are on a mission to educate the next generation through relevant courses that deep-dive kids into the world of code.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, bright and fun office admin assistant to join the team.

Scope of activities:

• Handle incoming phone calls in both Thai and English.
• Interact with customers and visitors during office hours and events.
• Handle customer registrations and payments.
• Organise business events, book venues and manage attendance records.
• Willing to assist with events out of normal office hours.
• Office administration i.e. incoming mail, messenger service, printing & scanning, schedule meetings.
• Purchase office supplies, stationery and equipment.
• Basic financial accounting.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor degree in any related field.
• 0-3 years experience.
• Good human relation skills and pleasant personality.
• Service-minded.
• Native Thai speaker.
• Strong English ability.
