Job Description

Head the user experience design for all of the client’s web and mobile products with a keen sense of following what the user wants.

Hire, maintain, and manage a team of interaction designers, visual designers, and information architects.

Working closely with product managers and engineers to create simple, innovative, great-looking products that people love to use.

You are an organized and detailed person who yearns to create order out of chaos.

Responsibilities

-Maintain a deep understanding of user behavior, emotions, and motivations.
-Build and maintain productive UX team through strong recruitment, mentoring, and career management.
-Develop high level and detailed storyboards, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
-Work closely with project managers, business unit teams, IT and vendors to adapt challenging functional requirements into versatile designs that result in simple and intuitive user experiences.

Qualifications

-5 Years of experience in User Experience Design, Interface Design, Interaction Design, or Information Architecture, with 2 years managing and leading teams. Strong portfolio showcasing UX talents, touch, creativity, and depth of thought.
