The business operations team also maintains some code in OpenERP using Python.

Job description :

1.Responsible for the coding of applications as per the specifications provided.
2.Develop applications using Python and C++ for our graphics and image processing
visual effects software.Or develop application using Python and some openERP
(maintenance support) as our business operations software.We are willing to
train passionate programmers who are not familiar with Python.
3.Responsibilities in the entire software development life cycle and development
processes will increase as you become more senior.These include requirements
analysis, design, implementation, testing, documentation, user training, project
management, configuration management, etc.
4.Responsibilities in mentoring juniors and lead development teams will grow as
you become more senior.

Qualifications / Personality

1.Should be a passionate programmer.
2.Strong in at least one objects-oriented programming language such as Python,
C++ and/or Java.Though not required,the ability to program in Python would be
advantageous and openERP experience would be nice.
3.Desired characteristics:hard-working, proactive, bold, methodological, and
good communicator.Leadership and management skills become increasingly
important as you become more senior.
4.Able to read English documents.
