1. Senior Business Analyst
About the Role
In conjunction with the Product Manager and Product Owner, the Business Analyst is responsible for conveying the product vision both internally and to external stakeholders.
As part of your work you will:
Work with stakeholders to identify and confirm business needs and product requirements, and communicate these to development team and other stakeholders
Liaise with key business decision makers, development, and the delivery teams
Work closely with the cross functional agile teams to deliver product that meets strategic and tactical objectives by adding value for existing customers and anticipating/meeting market needs
About You
As the ideal candidate for the role, you will have:
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- 1+ years of IT industry experience or Health industry experience
- Experience/Knowledge of Agile software development practices, processes, and methodologies
- Basic Technical background knowledge and understanding of common software development principles
- Knowledge of database concept and programming will be an added advantage
- Excellent business acumen, relationship building and communication skills in English
2. Software Engineers - multiple positions for Junior, Intermediate and Senior levels
About the Role
Orion development teams operate using Agile methodologies and you will be part of a cross functional team. Some exposure to working in this type of environment would therefore be advantageous, however more importantly you will have a desire to work in a highly collaborative way.
To continue to deliver a superior user experience we need a strong Software Engineer to build desktop-based .Net solutions in our product suite.
About You
As the ideal candidate for the role, you will have:
- Software development experience in C# or other object oriented programming languages (New grads are also welcome)
- Experience working in one or more applications development: Desktop, Web, and Mobile
- Experience with SQL, WPF, WCF, HTML, JavaScript is desirable
- Experience with MVVM, MVC, Web Services, SOAP, or REST is desirable
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Adaptability and initiative skills
- Creativity, self-motivation, dedication - A MUST!
- Comfortable with communication in English
3. Test Engineers - multiple positions for Intermediate and Senior levels
About the Role
As a Test Engineer, where you will be part of a cross-functional team within our Agile development team in Bangkok, Thailand. The architecture for this product spans several technologies that are typical for modern Windows based applications, including web services technologies: WinForms, WPF, WCF, SOAP, REST, SQL, etc. On top of that we care about test automation, user experience, accessibility, and integration with other products from our company and 3rd party modules.
As part of the job we expect you to be familiar with:
- Coding skills (C# or other object oriented languages, Powershell, Batch scripting)
- Experience with SQL, WPF, WCF, IIS/Apache/NGINX
- Testing techniques: automation, unit, integration, functionality, end-to-end, acceptance, performance, web service testing
- Test documentation preparation
- Test tools (SOAP UI, JMeter, MStest, Visual Studio)
- Having test certificates (ISTQB) is a plus
- Comfortable with communication in English
As part of our Agile Team you will be the person with the testing expertise but not the only one testing the product.
About You
The ideal candidate is a keen Agile Tester with a willingness to pick up any task from coding to testing to documentation. Working and communicating closely with the team to achieve the tasks is essential. Strong problem solving and analyzing skills is required. In addition, you should have a lot of knowledge about current testing technologies and the drive to stay up to date with new trends. The ability to communicate these testing ideas to the rest of the team is essential.
4. Intermediate Technical Writer
About the Role
Orion Health's development is expanding rapidly. To support our fast growth, it is essential our Sustain team expands as well in order to fully support our products. As a Technical Communicator, you will be an integral part of our Agile team, work in SCRUM methodologies, and gain expertise in our Products and Technologies.
We are seeking a talented individual who will create the information content that enables developers, administrators, and users to use, integrate to, install, and configure Orion Health's products in the intended way. As a Technical Writer, you will be expected to be knowledgeable in authoring processes and tools and methodologies. In addition, you will be the owner of the systematic approach to the terminology in the product.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 3+ years of experience designing and writing significantly technical content for software applications
- Detailed knowledge and use of the structure and content of the English language including grammatical composition
- Experience in understanding IT systems, reviewing and/or authoring system documentation from a user-centric perspective
- Ability to communicate ideas and processes in written form, without ambiguity and including appropriate examples and illustrations
- A strong customer focus
- Possess self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and an ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work within a project team structure
- Experience in producing documents in Microsoft Word
- Experience in producing documentation in an online help format
- Ability to learn new skills and be adaptable to new technologies
- Experience producing documentation in Atlassian Confluence is desirable
- Experience working in an agile software development environment is desirable
- Experience working with IT or healthcare industry is desirable
