You life as an IT Service Desk Supervisor;
• Help end-user in global scale for IT troubleshooting
• Be a point of contact for customers, handle inquiries via phone and email.
• Problem analysis and troubleshooting computer day-to-day problem
• Support general Hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Network, Mobile Devices) and Software included Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange Windows Server and Active Directory also SAP
• Communicate and liaison with other parties to get the job done
• Management Team, Report and analysis, Multi-tasking and prioritization, Result focus, Advanced Microsoft Excel
Working Location
Customer Locations in town (The Offices at Central World or BTS/MRT lines)

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree or Master degree
• 3 -5Y experience in IT Service Desk Supervisor, Team Leading or any related IT field
• Knowledge or certified ITIL v3 is an advantage
• Good English both speaking and writing. (TOEIC/TOEFL/IELTS preferred)
• Age not over 35 year
