Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting.
• At least 2 years of direct working experience in GL and Purchasing
• Having ability to do price negotiation with Supplier/Vendor
• Having direct experience in Express will be advantage
• Having direct experience in closing Financial Statement by Express would be preferable
• Ensure the accuracy of data management and processing
• Direct working experience in budget control and database management
Responsibility
• Record transaction of AR, OM, PO & Inventory in Express Program day to day
• Able to analyze accounting task in scope of account GL & PO
• Able to negotiate price with Supplier/Vendor
• Follow-up order and deliver all hardware & software to customer on-time
• Prepare invoice, place invoice and follow-up payment from customer on-time
• Preparation of Payment vouchers, receive voucher, petty cash voucher and journal voucher
• Preparation of expenses without goods
• Record Account Payable , Fixed Asset, & Others
• Clear and check Tax Invoice, Withholding Tax and Withholding Income Tax
• Preparation and Reconcile for accrued expenses, Rebate and Promotion Expenses
• Prepare and calculate Sales’s Commission
• Prepare Complete Financial Statement for Management
• Coordinate with external auditor
• Handle all Petty Cash
• Preparation of Bank Guarantee
