Ensogo (ASX:E88), a leading E-commerce player in the South East Asia and Hong Kong region specializing in flash sales as well as traditional e-commerce, is seeking a dynamic DevOps Engineer to be part of our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the management of Linux / Windows servers and clusters, working with internal and external stakeholders to provide system support, as well as to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve system problems.

We are hosted in both the Cloud – Microsoft Azure and physical in some countries.

In addition, your responsibilities include the below:

    Manage, monitor, and support the Linux servers and clusters
    Manage, monitor, and support the MySQL servers and clusters
    Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve any system problems and provide systems support
    Troubleshoot and actively monitor application and system performance
    Ensure system backup and recovery
    Manage firewalls
    Perform system upgrades and security patch
    Tune and optimize server

Job Requirements:

    Degree in Information Technology or equivalent course/degree
    At least 3 years relevant experience as IT Support/System Administrator
    Practical experience in Ruby, Python, PHP or C# ideal
    Extensive experience in virtualized environments
    Working technical knowledge of Server operating systems, specifically Linux / BSD
    Azure or AWS Experience Required
    Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience
    Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information
    Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
    Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
    Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
