Software support engineer:

Required skills:
• at least 3 years experiance in web sites development and deployment
• ability to communicate complex terms and ideas to clients and coworkers
• basic knowledge of HTML/CSS including HTML5
• basic knowledge of Javascript, ASP, PHP
• basic knowledge and understanding of IP/TCP/HTTP/HTTPS protocols, encryption, authentication
• basic knowledge of CMS platform (Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla)
• basic knowledge of relational databases (at least MySQL, MS SQL)

o Understand the LAN and WAN configuration
o CCNP-level knowledge or equivalent working experience
o Installing and supporting Local and Wide Area Networks using Cisco network equipment or equivalent
o Local Area Networking technologies including Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, Virtual Local Area Networks, 802.1d (Rapid) Spanning Tree, Trunking (802.1q), HSRP
o Wide Area Networking technologies, Routing protocols specifically BGP and OSPF, Tunneling/IPSec.
o Using SNMP or Network Management Systems like Netgain/Ciscoworks or equivalent tool
Windows skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience gained related to Windows platform
o Very good knowledge of Windows servers 2003/2008/2012, Clustering
o Very good knowledge of Windows clients Windows XP, 7, 8.1
o Familiar with Windows scripting (power shell, VBS)
