Founded in 2009, the company currently has operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Taiwan and the United States. Operating on a hybrid e-commerce model, the company has served over 600,000 customers. The company is operations centric, and continues to push the boundaries for operational excellence and customer satisfaction to this day. Having raised investments from the top investment firms in the world, it is looking to launch in Bangkok, Thailand.

Role: Head of Operations

There is no doubt that you will in it from the ground up. This will be a dream come true for any “operations maniac” out there eager to ply your trade. Okay we accept you as well, even if you are only “enthusiast”. There will be huge responsibilities, but you will have fun challenging conventions. Here is what you will need to do:

  1. Set up a customer service team.
  2. Set up and oversee business operations and logistical support of the venture.
  3. Everything else that the venture needs.

You will learn and grow fast- that is our guarantee; and you will work together with people who come from the likes of Rocket Internet, Alibaba, and Tencent.

Requirements

Background in tech, consulting, or investment banking would be advantageous. You will need to be local Thai though, and versatile in both Thai and English; written and spoken. Ability to converse, read and write in Chinese will be a plus.
