Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the overall growth of sales and operations, including but not limited to expanding sales channels, project management, increase in marketing funnel conversion rates, management of staff, media buys, increase in customer retention. The majority of our marketing is online.

Develop strategies and tactics to grow the business. Maintain weekly sales quota and revenue numbers. Identify opportunity to increase sales and product assortment.
