Katanoon is focusing on helping companies help their customers better with OTRS which is an open source helpdesk system written in Perl running on Linux. You will work in a small team with straight communication lines. Most work can be done remote.

Our long term vision is to enable people to help each other in all areas of their lives.

We currently need the following skills:

• Perl programming
• OTRS development
• OTRS consultancy
• Linux/MySQL performance/stability tuning
• Linux server administration experience

Requirements:

• one or more of the above skills
• your own laptop (preferably running Linux)
• willingness to learn
• fluent in English
• willing to work >= 20 hours a week if needed
• living in Thailand
• willing to go to Chiang Mai for team meetings
• bonus points: living in Chiang Mai
• bonus points: university IT student or university IT student background
