1. Content Moderator Admin
Position Overview
The Content Moderator Admin holds the key role of delivering relevant and high-quality user-generated content which is pivotal to our customer’s satisfaction. As a Content Moderator Admin, the candidate will use both English and Thai to moderate and curate user-generated content and the translation result to meet our quality standard (relevant and accurate).
Job description
- Curate authentic, high-quality user-generated content that is informative, relevant and inspires readers - Moderate translations result to ensure high quality translation quality that is relevant and informative to readers - Moderate customers’ feedbacks and take actions to inform relevant stakeholders for solving it - Edit inappropriate content based on relevancy or language.
Requirements
- Speaking/Writing proficiency in Thai and English (min TOEFL score of 600 or TOIC equivalent). - Critical thinking and obsessiveness for reading - 1+ years of professional experience writing or Thai - English translation. - Content management / editing experience a plus - Able to multi-task an work remotely with other team members who are based overseas - Manage, edit and moderate user-generated contents - Graduation from an English-language University preferred.
2. UX Researcher
Position Overview
Working as part of the User Experience team, UX Researchers are the champions of user needs. They are responsible for answering the Why, to drive other teams in designing systems according to user needs while meeting the company’s business needs. They collaborate with customer facing team, branding & marketing team, product managers, UI designers, and engineers on improving the company’s product and interaction with its millions of customers.
Job description
- Conduct user research with Thai customers/users, including in-depth interviews, design workshops, and usability tests - Report research findings and collaborate with the rest of the UX team to translate them into design concept / recommendations specific for Thailand - Coordinate with Social Media / Customer Service teams in Bangkok to get Thai-language feedback from users/customers and analyze them - Coordinate with Product team in Bangkok regarding features specific for Thailand
Requirements
- Speaking/Writing proficiency in Thai and English (with min TOEFL score of 600), or graduation from an English-language University - Bachelor degree, preferably in Psychology / Communications / Product Design - Min. 1 year experience in user research or design ethnography, or a Master degree in Interaction Design / Human Centered Design - Strong understanding and empathy for our customers - Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English - Outstanding analytical, quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills - Familiarity with interactive prototypes or human-computer interaction - Able to work remotely with other team members who are based overseas - Willing to travel internationally on occasion
3. Content Editor / Translator
Position Overview
The Content Editor holds the key role of generating persuasive written materials to communicate the company’s product offering, establish and market the online presence of a fast-growing technology company in the travel industry. As a writer, the candidate will use both English and Thai to create that inspires customers. The content produced must be fresh, reflective of current trends, and offer unique perspectives as related to the company’s business.

4. Marketing Graphic Designer

- Explore and create bold designs across marketing channels - Combine visual elements with informative content across diverse marketing channels - Develop communicative designs for publication - Recognize customer needs and apply them to visual campaigns - Create designs for promotional materials in varying formats - Coordinate international and Thai-specific requirements and activities
Requirements
- Experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign and/or Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity in Mac OS environment - Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design - Develop design portfolio which embodies the modern, clean and insightful qualities of the company’s brand - Impeccable skills of visual communication and understanding of user behavior - Highly curious to try new things; fun-loving - Must be able to collaborate remotely with international partners - Able to multi-task with eye for details, resourceful and independent - Able to work to deadlines - Experience with icon design and illustration preferred
5. Product QA – Admin
Position Overview
The Product QA Admin holds the key role of delivering a reliable product through accurate product information online, which is pivotal to customer satisfaction. As a QA admin, the candidate will use both English and Thai to moderate, curate and improve accuracy of data that is relevant to customers’ purchasing decision. The curated content produced must be up to the company’s quality standard, be accurate and reliable.

6. Product QA - Intern/Part - time (3 months)
Position Overview
This position will be responsible for using the company’s in-house tools to monitor the accuracy of data related to hotels and landmarks in Thailand. The role will involve updating erroneous data in the company’s database and on occasion validating information for 3rd-party sources. Basic knowledge of hotels and mapping will be helpful with strong emphasis placed on communication skills in English and Thai. No specific technical background is needed other than basic computer literacy and ability to use basic tools.
Job description
- Review accuracy of hotel data such as location and facilities and update when errors are discovered - Review location and information of landmark data such as location and description and update as required. - Contact hotels or other sources to verify information. - Research information on specific hotels/landmarks from a variety of sources such as Google or travel-oriented sites. - Provide feedback on how to improve the process of checking this data to his/her manager - Make suggestions on how to improve the tool’s usability to speed up the process of validating data accuracy
Requirements
- Speaking/Writing proficiency in Thai and English (with min TOEFL score of 600). - Strong communication skill - Ability to use a Windows PC and MS-Office. - Understanding of basic mapping such as google maps and GPS - Well organized and able to work independently when assigned a task - Comfortable asking questions when needing help. - Able to multi-task - Able to work with team members who are based overseas
